Our cutting-edge, cloud-based technology minimizes overhead costs and allows us to offer competitive pricing. We provide ongoing training for our Loan Officers to help them structure their businesses for maximum productivity.

This position offers significant income potential, a flexible work schedule, and the opportunity to recruit other loan officers, earning commissions and passive income. Compensation is based on personal production, with potential earnings ranging from $96,000 to over $369,000 (commission only, no draws).

Job Classification

• Outside Sales Employee: This role involves regular travel to conduct in-person sales presentations of mortgage products and solicit mortgage applications at clients' locations or through door-to-door engagement. As an outside sales employee, you will spend at least 52% of your working time traveling and operating away from your home office.

Qualifications

This position is not for everyone. Success in sales requires discipline. You must consistently adhere to your daily success plan week after week, month after month, and year after year. While it may not be rocket science, it does demand the same commitment that has always been essential for success.

We also hold a mandatory 30-Minute Breakfast Club meeting for new loan officers from 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM PST.

For consideration, candidates should have:

• Loan Origination: 1 year (preferred)
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• One of the following licenses:
  • Mortgage Loan Originator License through the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI)
  • Real Estate Sales with Mortgage Loan Originator License Endorsement through the California Department of Real Estate (DRE)
